Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website hopcrm.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by BUSINESS DATA SYSTEMS. The Site is intended to present the HOP CRM software solution and to connect interested visitors with the network of certified HOP CRM integrator partners.

Important: these Terms apply solely to the use of the showcase website. They do not in any way constitute a contract for the use of the HOP CRM software. Access to and use of the HOP CRM software is governed by a separate agreement, entered into directly between the end client and the certified integrator responsible for deploying and maintaining the solution.

By browsing the Site, the user (hereinafter "the User") accepts these Terms without reservation.

1. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. All costs necessary to access the Site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User. BUSINESS DATA SYSTEMS uses reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Site, without guaranteeing permanent availability, particularly in the event of maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

2. Purpose and features of the Site

HOP CRM does not carry out any direct sale of licenses or subscriptions through the Site. Any request for a demonstration or quote is forwarded to a certified integrator partner within the HOP CRM network.

3. Available features

The Site allows the User to:

  • view information about the HOP CRM solution, its features, positioning, and deployment methods;
  • view the comparison table presenting HOP CRM alongside other market solutions, based on verifiable public sources;
  • request to be connected with a certified integrator partner, the only party authorized to offer, deploy, and invoice the HOP CRM solution;
  • for professionals interested in becoming a certified integrator partner, access dedicated information and initiate an application process.

4. Account and forms

Certain features of the Site (contact form, connection request, partner application) involve the entry of personal data by the User. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided via the Site’s forms.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the Site is protected in accordance with the provisions set out in the Legal Notice. The User agrees not to extract, copy, or reuse all or part of the Site’s content without prior authorization, except for strictly personal, non-commercial use.

6. User obligations

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms, and in particular not to:

  • interfere with the proper functioning of the Site (attempted intrusion, overload, automated data extraction, etc.);
  • submit false, fraudulent information via the Site’s forms, or information infringing on the rights of third parties;

7. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to the websites of integrator partners or other third parties. BUSINESS DATA SYSTEMS has no control over the content of these third-party sites and disclaims all liability with regard to them.

8. Limitation of liability

BUSINESS DATA SYSTEMS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, for the accuracy of information provided by integrator partners presented on the Site, or for the consequences of being connected with an integrator partner, as the contractual terms for deploying the HOP CRM solution fall exclusively within the relationship between the end client and the integrator concerned.

9. Data and cookies

Use of the Site involves the placement of cookies, under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy and our cookie preference management banner.

10. Modification of the Terms

BUSINESS DATA SYSTEMS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes in the Site or applicable regulations. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Site is accessed.
