Not every user needs a full license
Some people drive the activity. Others just view information or exchange documents. These profiles let you adjust the cost without any grey area. They let you equip certain users, internal or external, without giving them a full Collection or Signature license.

A short, readable, stable range
HOP isn't a stack of options that are hard to compare. The available licenses and their catalogue prices are public, identical for every partner. This page gives you an exhaustive view of billable licenses and profiles; your partner then quotes the services specific to your project: deployment, migration, training, configuration, or custom development.

What does “catalogue price” mean?
The amounts shown are HOP's public prices, identical for every partner. The final rate, billing terms and contractual conditions are set with your certified partner.
Why can't I subscribe directly on this site?
HOP is distributed exclusively through a network of certified integrators, who handle deployment, configuration and onboarding. It's a structural choice, not an extra sales step.
Can I switch editions during my subscription?
Yes, moving from Collection to Signature (or the other way round) can be arranged with your partner, who will guide you through the terms that fit your current contract.
What's the commitment period?
The subscription is annual, paid in advance.
How does the Extranet profile work?
Your clients or suppliers get restricted access (viewing, uploading and downloading documents), billed at €2 per active account over the period, with a minimum charge of €50/month once activated.
Is there a trial offer?
No. HOP needs initial configuration (data structure, access rights, integrations) to be genuinely useful: a self-service trial wouldn't reflect real product usage. Your partner offers a demo tailored to your context.
